Tampa Bay Shufflers (tampabayshufflers.com) is a community website for shuffle dancers in the Tampa Bay area. This page explains what information the site collects and how it's used.
General site use
This site does not require an account, does not use tracking cookies, and does not collect personal information from visitors. The Gallery section displays public posts from @tbshufflers on Instagram, and the Calendar section may embed a public Google Calendar. Those third-party services have their own privacy policies governing content they serve.
SMS content-review notifications
A small, private group of individuals helps review new photos and videos before they're published to the Gallery. As part of that process, this phone number program sends those individuals a transactional SMS notification with a link to a private review page whenever a new post is ready for review.
Phone numbers used in this program:
- Belong to individuals personally known to and selected by the site owner - there is no public sign-up.
- Are used solely to deliver these operational review notifications.
- Are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.
- Can be removed from the program at any time by contacting the site owner, or by replying STOP.
